Once the information has been thoroughly analyzed, conclusions are drawn and the filtering and prioritization process begins. Finally, at the end of all of this, your design guidelines and principles emerge.
The results of your study are passed over to you in a very enlightening design sketchbook. The key to your users deepest thoughts and feelings are now in the hands of your creativity, and the knowledge is yours to use however you wish.
